Upon arrival, our room was unavailable for check-in, but they swiftly resolved it by providing us with a comfortable mattress pad which added to the overall coziness. The beautiful rooms, especially the weight of the blankets, made our stay relaxing. However, some issues with the check-in process affected our experience.
